I’m a pharmacist, and member of the International Coaching Federation; but more than that, I’m someone who’s been where you are. For years, I followed the traditional path in pharmacy: degrees, respected roles, the “right” milestones. But somewhere along the way, I realized that success without alignment wasn’t sustainable.
So I stepped off the beaten path. I built a career that fits my values, not just my title. Today, I am a career coach empowering pharmacy professionals, women, and people of color to advance their careers.
Whether I’m coaching one-on-one, mentoring students, or speaking on leadership and career development, my mission is the same: to empower you to succeed without losing yourself in the process.
